If you pay via Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay, self-collection is set as the default at checkout. Switch to a courier option before completing payment if you require delivery.

Online orders cannot be collected at any of our stockists. We send one reminder after 30 days if your parcel has not been collected from your chosen point. No further reminders will be issued thereafter.

If a product you're interested in is not available for international shipping, we would love to welcome you at our flagship store at One Holland Village. International deliveries may incur duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. Deliveries to the US will be Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). If you have placed an order, our team will contact you with the amount you need to top up for us to proceed with your order. We will require your payment before shipping out your order. Please expect delays.

Processing time
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. During sale events and festive periods, processing may extend to 7 business days - we appreciate your patience. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order, as we cannot accept responsibility for undelivered parcels due to incorrect details.
Public holidays
We observe all Singapore public holidays. Orders placed on or just before a public holiday will be processed on the next available business day. Please factor this in when selecting your shipping method, particularly for time-sensitive orders.
Is my order tracked?
Yes, all local and international courier orders are shipped with tracked delivery. You will receive your tracking link once your parcel has been despatched.
Do you deliver to PO boxes or remote areas?
We are unable to deliver to:
· PO boxes
· Parcel lockers
· Certain remote or restricted locations
If your address falls within these areas, our team will reach out to you.
International shipping restrictions
Due to volumetric weight constraints, bulky items, including shoes, pillows, large plush toys, and gift sets, are not available for international shipping. These items are available for purchase in store and for delivery within Singapore only. If a product in your cart cannot be shipped to your destination, you will be notified at checkout. We recommend visiting us in store or placing a separate Singapore-delivery order for a friend or family member here.
Delivery to multiple addresses
Each order is dispatched to a single address. To send gifts to different recipients, please place separate orders for each delivery address.
Personalised items
Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for us to personalise your piece before it is dispatched.
Pre-orders & partial orders
Estimated arrival dates for pre-ordered items are stated in each product description. If your order contains a pre-ordered item alongside in-stock items, your order will only be shipped once all items have arrived. Should you require any item sooner, we recommend splitting into two separate orders.
Combining orders
We are unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment once they have been placed. If you would like multiple items shipped together, please add them to your cart before checking out.
Gift packaging & gift notes
Gift wrapping is available on all Singapore orders. If you add a gift message, we will print a complimentary gift card to accompany your order. Please note that gift wrapping is not available for international shipments, as packaging may need to be opened for customs inspection. A gift note can still be included with your international order upon request.
Failed delivery & missed parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to arrange redelivery. Please act on this promptly - uncollected parcels may be returned to us. Redelivery charges may apply. For international orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel, as FedEx will attempt delivery a limited number of times before returning the shipment.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery arising from address errors provided at checkout.

Insurance
All packages are shipped uninsured. Our liability ceases upon acceptance of the package by the post office or third-party courier. We are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
