Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with the packaging intact. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalised items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Every name is embroidered individually, so the finished piece may look slightly different from the preview. The name length limit is shown when you type the name.

Yes. Our bamboo muslin (70% bamboo, 30% cotton) is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning it has been independently tested and is free from harmful substances. Like all blankets, it is for supervised use: for unsupervised or overnight sleep, use a swaddle for newborns or a sleeping bag once baby starts to roll, and keep the cot clear of loose bedding.
It really does, and it's one of bamboo muslin's most loved qualities. You'll notice a difference after the very first wash, and by the third wash it's noticeably softer. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle (no fabric softener needed) and it will stay soft for years.
