It is a fitted style. The easiest way to check is to lay a similar fitted dress you already own flat, measure across the chest, waist and hip, and compare it with the chart. If you are between sizes, size up.
Is a cotton cheongsam comfortable for Chinese New Year in Singapore?
Yes. Woven cotton breathes better than the satin or polyester used in many cheongsams, and the lining is cotton too, so it stays comfortable through a full day of CNY visiting.

Every elly print is hand-drawn in house by our design team in Singapore. Our Chinese New Year collection was drawn as a four-seasons series of spring, summer, autumn and winter, and most prints come in baby, kids', ladies' and men's styles, so the whole family can match for reunion dinner and house visits.
